After your intake (first) appointment, consider scheduling additional sessions with these discounted packages:
· 3 Individual sessions: $270 (Saving $15)
· 3 Couples sessions: $355 (Saving $20)
Or schedule session-to-session as you go along, paying the standard fee.
*Pastors, ministers, and church staff receive a 15% discount on standard counseling and life coaching sessions fees.
I am currently in-network the following insurance companies:
I use Headway to manage my billing and admin work so that I can place all my focus on clients and our work together. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance. Headway can verify your insurance information and create an account with you that will manage the payments. It takes about 3-5 days to verify and set up with you.
If I am not paneled with your insurance company, you may still be able to access your insurance benefit. I am considered an out-of-network provider; therefore, if you would like to pursue out-of-network benefits through your insurance provider, please contact them for details. I will gladly provide you with a superbill and invoice that you can submit to your insurance provider. Please note, TWCC cannot guarantee payment from any insurance provider.
Utilizing insurance benefits for counseling services requires that I provide you with a mental health diagnosis. If you do not meet the criteria for a diagnosis, I will be unable to bill your insurance company and you would pay out of pocket. At the beginning of your counseling services, we will have an open discussion about this so there will be no surprises.

If you choose the private pay (out-of-pocket) option, these forms of payment are accepted: cash, check, credit/debit card*, HSA/FSA*, Cash App, and Venmo. Payments will be made before or at the time of service in person or online.
* 3% of session fee will be added to credit card payments.
If 24 hour notice is not given for cancellations or missed appointments, client is expected to pay the session fee.

Meetings with individuals or small groups (i.e. staff meetings).
“Lunch & Learn” sessions with single topic overview, Q & A discussion, resources, and recommendations.
Per 90-minute block of time
*Please note: trainings with more extensive preparation, custom-made content and/or larger audiences, may incur a higher fee. This will be determined ahead of time, together with the organization sponsoring the event.
